ALL CHANGE AT ARNEIL JOHNSTON Arneil Johnston would like to thank all our clients and colleagues who helped us celebrate our "All Change" on 23rd October. In January 2010 Donna Milton, currently operational Director, will take over from Douglas Johnston as Managing Director of Arneil Johnston. Douglas, who, with Jane Arneil founded the firm in 1996, has recently celebrated his 60th birthday and intends to gradually reduce his workload until he and Jane Arneil finally retire in a few years time. As part of this process of change Donna and Gillian Houston will join the board of Arneil Johnston as directors to lead the development of the company in future years. "We are delighted that so many of our clients and colleagues came together to help us celebrate change at Arneil Johnston and I would like to thank all who attended and made our evening so special.
It has been a great opportunity to work with
such talented and knowledgeable professionals as Douglas and Jane and to have
their continued influence on the new board of directors. We have been
successful in implementing a succession process which has established the right
mix of experience, knowledge and skill to allow us to continue"
